I enjoyed my stay. The friendly staff made a difference during a challenging time. The Assistant Manager went out of her way to connect with us and even brought gifts for the kids. It felt like a family affair, which helped ease some of our stress. The atmosphere allowed us to continue our holiday traditions.

Our stay was delightful! The kids loved the outdoor pool and the comfy leisure area where we could relax after a busy day. The only hiccup was the breakfast not being fully stocked when we arrived, but it didn't take away from our good experience overall. 😊

Convenient spot for a quick stay

The room was clean and comfy. I got a free upgrade at check-in. Mary at the front desk was super nice. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, though. had hair on utensils a couple of times. The snack bar was a cool perk, but house keeping wasn’t consistent. we struggled to get them to come back when we needed help.

It was just a top selection for a city holiday in Fort Worth with extraordinarily good value for money. The lady preparing breakfast was also running the front desk, and it was a bit chaotic but entertaining. Bring your own snacks because the breakfast options were limited and slow to set up.

The King Room was spacious and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for my stay. Whitney's dedication stood out as she went above and beyond to assist with the air conditioning issue, even coming up to my floor late at night. The breakfast included Texas-shaped waffles, a delightful and unique touch. However, a wider breakfast variety would enhance the experience for older guests.

We had a great two-night stay with a comfy bed and a super quiet atmosphere that made it feel safe. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the sausage, and Joe made our mornings brighter! I'd definitely stay here again!

This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember them helping me with early check-in on my first visit. The staff is wonderful, like Harmony who made my friends' wedding memorable. I'm coming back for Christmas!
